We are always striving to do better!  We welcome feedback on changes members would like to see implemented or any issue a member experienced at Onyx Training Facility so we can address and correct it.

Request cancellation for qualifying memberships. All cancellations must be made in person at the gym during staffed hours from Monday to Friday. Please submit your application online and present confirmation email at the gym in person to complete the process of your cancellation.
